Born out a unique, one-of-a-kind collaboration between The Nordic Pantry & Saltverk, and brewed & bottled at eutropius brewery, Claudette is a refreshing gourmet craft beer, to which we added Saltverk’s Birch Smoked Salt, Icelandic hand-harvested sustainable sea salt that has been smoked for over 24 hours above Icelandic Birch.
It creates an extra peaty hint, a velvet taste and a slight bitter finish!

Re-fermentated in the bottle and slightly cloudy, Claudette is the perfect companion for gourmet dinners, or just a refreshing craft beer to enjoy with the people you love!
